Requirement calculator: Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR × activity factor, then an adjustment for the goal (deficit or surplus) and a macro split (protein / carbs / fat). The coach can always override the numbers.

Meal plan

  • Daily targets: calories, protein, carbs, fat, water.
  • Meals (breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner…) with foods and quantities calculated automatically.
  • Substitutes for every meal, matched on macros.
  • Allergies and disliked foods from the questionnaire (warning on conflict).
  • Ready templates for common plans (cutting, bulking, intermittent fasting…).
  • Different days (training/rest, or a weekly reference).
  • A shopping list generated automatically for the trainee.
  • Supplement plan and schedule.

    On the trainee side

  • Today's meals, with “eaten” or “swapped” markers.
  • Log an extra or off-plan meal (search the food database or enter it manually).
  • A daily bar showing remaining calories and macros.
  • Photograph a meal and send it to the coach (optional).
  • Log water.

Follow-up: nutrition compliance = actual calories ÷ target calories, plus the number of compliant days.

    06Weekly review
  • Build: the coach or nutritionist starts from a template or from the questionnaire, then edits meals and quantities.
  • Review: an automatic warning when the plan conflicts with an allergy, a disliked food or an unrealistic goal.
  • Approve: nothing appears to the trainee before the responsible coach approves it.
  • Publish: it appears immediately in the trainee dashboard and app, with meal reminders and the remaining-calories bar.
  • Edit: every change creates a new version with a reason; the previous version stays in history.
  • Deliver: the coach can share the plan as a PDF, sync it to Google Sheets (the “Meal plan” sheet) or send it in chat — see Analytics & Google Sheets.
