Admin view (inside the trainee record → “Activity” tab)
- A table of pages and time spent.
- A timeline of the trainee's session.
- A video list: watched / not watched / percentage.
- A global view: most-visited pages, least-engaged trainees.
- An alert: “Completed the exercise without watching its explanation video.”
Technology
- Lightweight events (a heartbeat every 15 seconds) sent to a dedicated API, batched.
- Raw events are retained for a defined period (for example, 90 days), then aggregated into summary tables.
- Video tracking through a player that emits
timeupdateandended.This tracking is disclosed clearly in the privacy policy and terms and accepted by the trainee at registration. It is never used for health assessment or automated decisions against the trainee.
