What happens
- A Google Calendar event is created with a Meet link and an invitation is sent.
- The meeting appears in the trainee and coach dashboards with a join button.
- Reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 10 minutes before (push + email/WhatsApp).
- Plan limits: monthly meeting count.
- Reschedule or cancel with notifications to both sides.
- Attendance history (joined / did not join) and coach notes after the session.
- Coach availability: the coach defines available slots so a trainee can book a free one.
Plan limits are enforced
Meeting limits are checked when a meeting is created, not after. An over-limit request offers an upgrade path instead of failing silently.
