What the trainee sees for every exercise#

Opening any exercise in their program gives a complete explanation — not just a name and a set count:

ElementWhat the trainee sees
VideoIn-page player with replay and fullscreen
Execution stepsShort numbered steps with an image for each key position
Target musclesPrimary and secondary, with an illustration
TipsThree to five focus points before the first set
Common mistakesWhat to avoid and how to correct it
SubstitutesAn alternative with the same movement and less or more equipment
SafetyA clear warning when the exercise carries an injury tag saved on the trainee
“Tell the coach”Opens a chat linked to that exercise when there is pain or confusion

An exercise appears in a trainee's program only when the coach selects it or it comes from an approved template. Updating the explanation or video in the library updates every program that uses it.
