- Are meetings included in every plan or sold separately?
Content
- Who prepares the exercise library and videos? Does the coach already own videos?
- Is there an existing food database, or do we use a prepared one (including Saudi foods)?
- Is the questionnaire ready, or should we propose it?
Technical
- Does the coach have a Google Workspace account (for Meet and Sheets)?
- Which payment gateway is preferred, and is there a merchant account?
- Are Apple Developer and Google Play accounts available?
- Is the app for trainees only, or does the coach need it too? Is one codebase for iOS and Android acceptable?
- Is in-Kingdom hosting required?
Policies
- What is the policy for publishing before/after photos?
- Does the coach want to sell supplements or products (a store)? This is out of current scope.
- May the AI assistant make direct plan changes, or suggestions only? (We recommend suggestions only.)
