Decision What happens Approve The admin chooses the subscription term (monthly / 3 months / annual), the programs (training / nutrition / coaching), the responsible coach, and the final price or discount Request information A message to the trainee listing exactly what is missing Reject A reason is recorded and sent to the trainee - On approval, the trainee receives a notification with the offer and a payment link.
- The admin can add an internal note that the trainee never sees.
- Bulk approval is disabled for health-flagged requests.
Approval is not payment
Approval creates an unpaid subscription. Access is granted only after a verified payment or a documented manual payment recorded by the admin.
